My name is Miguel Benitez, and I am a student, family, and community engagement professional with over 20 years of experience. I grew up in Ennis, Texas and graduated from Ennis High School. I then attended Navarro College and earned my Associate’s Degree and transferred to University of Texas at Arlington where I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work and Master’s in Urban Affairs. I’ve had the privilege to work for the three largest school districts in the DFW area in student, family, and community engagement. My passion is to help our most vulnerable and provide the guidance and resources needed to succeed in their life’s journey.
