
Christian Zlolniski is a professor of Anthropology and Latino Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington. Born in Bolivia and growing up in Spain, he earned a BA in Philosophy at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Doctorate in Anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to moving to Texas in 2001, he lived and worked for seven years in Tijuana, Mexico. He admires and fully supports the admirable work Proyecto Inmigrante carries in North Texas, and regards immigrants’ rights one of the most pressing issues of social justice in the 21st century.
