Lourdes Teresa Davenport is a co-founder of Proyecto Inmigrante ICS, Inc. and has been a member of the executive board since 2005. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master of Managerial Science degree from Amberton University. She has worked in higher education for over 20 years. As a single parent, Lourdes has raised two successful children.
