“The Executive Board is a 8-member board. The Board provides support and guidance for the CEO in maintaining sustainability for the agency and provides leadership in growth and expansion. Members of the Board create and implement policies and procedures that fit the agency, its staff and its clients. Members of the Board are also public supporters for the mission of the agency: To serve, inform, and assist the immigrant community. Executive Board Members receive no compensation for their service to the agency.”
